Sea 2005 shows a field of small dots spread over the surface. The dots build up into waves that move across the sheet. Some areas are denser, others open out. The marks seem to drift rather than sit still. Yayoi Kusama repeats the same shape many times until the picture feels full.

This fine art print sits in a white frame, a wood frame, a dark wood frame or a black frame. The frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall and keeps the white border from disappearing into the room.
