Sea Cliffs Rising shows tall rock faces stacked one above the other on a narrow strip of water. Eyvind Earle builds the cliffs with hard outline lines and flat colour bands. The water line runs low across the bottom.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. From across the room the rocks read as strong blocks. Up close the edges show clean pencil work. A black frame gives the picture a sharp border.

The dark edge holds the cliffs on the wall without pulling the eye away. The picture looks best above a low shelf in a quiet room. You stand back and see the stacked rock forms against the plain field.
