Sfp83-52

Sfp83-52 shows open colour washes laid over a white field. The paint spreads in thin layers, with some areas left bare. Sam Francis worked with this method, letting the sheet hold both paint and empty space. The picture keeps a soft balance between filled and open parts.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the light washes from shining under a lamp. It arrives assembled when you choose the ready to hang option.

In a study, the open field stays calm above a desk. From the doorway you see the broad colour band first, then the thin white gaps as you step closer.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
