Sky Covenant 1973 — Fine Art

Sky Covenant 1973 holds stacked flat planes in a single dark tone. The planes step back and forward so the surface reads as layers of painted wood. Louise Nevelson built these assembled forms by fitting small pieces together and painting them one colour.
