Spirit On High — Fine Art

The title Spirit On High points to the field of colour spread across the sheet. Broad painted bands run side by side, each one a different hue laid over the next. Ronnie Landfield builds the picture in long passes, so the colour sits in layers rather than in a single flat coat.
