Spring Breeze — Fine Art

Spring Breeze - 2001 holds soft greens and pale blues against a white ground. The marks sit in loose groups, quiet and spaced apart. Wu Guanzhong often worked in this way, balancing thin strokes with open areas. The tones stay low, so the picture reads as calm rather than loud.

This is a fine art print set in a frame, with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the greens from shining, so the tone of the original stays even under room light.

On a narrow hallway wall, the spaced marks read clearly from the stair landing. You see the pale blues first, then the thin green strokes. At the far end of the hall, the picture stays quiet against the plaster.
