Still Life 1914 by Andre Derain — Fine Art

Still Life 1914 by Andre Derain sets a table with bottles and fruit against a flat ground. The colours sit in strong blocks, with red and green placed near each other. A still life scene built from bold colour patches.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The print arrives ready to hang on a nail or screw, with a metal hanger already fitted to the back. You do not need a separate frame. The matte paper keeps the blocked colour flat and stops a shine under a light.

It works well in a dining room, hung on the wall beside a wooden chair. From the table you see the dark bottle shapes and the red patch, and the room feels steady.
