Still Life Vase with Oleanders — Fine Art

A vase of oleander flowers stands in the centre of the picture, with green leaves spilling out on both sides. The petals are pink, with red tones near the centre. Vincent van Gogh used short, direct strokes to build the flowers and leaves. The background is plain and darker behind the bloom.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need a separate frame. The paper is matte, so the pink petals stay flat and the reds do not shine under strong light.

It suits a study wall near a desk, where a lamp falls on the work. From the chair you see the round flower clusters, and the dark ground behind them.
