Still Life with Basket of Apples — Fine Art

A woven basket holds round fruit painted in reds and yellows on a plain ground. The basket sits near the centre of Still Life with Basket of Apples and the fruit fills the lower half. Empty space sits above the fruit. Short paint strokes move across the fruit and the basket weave.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger on the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No frame to buy. The flat paper keeps the paint strokes soft and the reds stay steady.

It fits a kitchen wall above the cooker. From the table you see the basket shape and the fruit roundness, and the yellow tones warm the room.
