Still life with lemon and jug — Fine Art

Still life with lemon and jug presents a lemon resting beside a jug, painted in a cubist style. The shapes break into flat planes and a few sharp angles.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. A warm yellow tone sits next to cooler grey planes on the paper. The mark stays firm, with clear edges where one shape meets the next.

The paper is matte, so the yellow stays bright and the grey planes read as flat colour. A dark frame works on a pale wall in a dining room. From the table you see the yellow plane first, then the outline of the jug.
