Still Life with Three Birds Nests — Fine Art

The artwork titled Still Life with Three Birds Nests groups three small nests together, their woven grass and twigs built up with short paint strokes.

Vincent van Gogh works in a post impressionist manner, placing each nest in a quiet still life group so the small forms read clearly from across the room and reveal the brushwork when you stand near. A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel holds the picture flat and ready to place on a chosen wall.

The matte paper keeps the earthy browns and pale greens from shining, which suits the soft nest tones. It fits a warm hallway wall near a coat stand, and from the front door the three shapes read as a steady small cluster.
