Still Life with Vase Bottle and Fruit — Fine Art

Still Life with Vase Bottle and Fruit shows fruit and a bottle gathered around a vase on a plain surface. The brushwork of Henri Matisse moves in quick strokes, and the marks push close to the edges of each object. A few flat colour areas sit near one another.

The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. This fine art print goes up on the wall without extra steps. You can see the small stroke edges better when you stand close.

It works well above a plain desk where the light comes from a window on the left. From a few steps back the fruit and bottle read as one group. Up close the painted strokes show their speed and pressure.
