Sublimation 2002 2

Sublimation 2002 2 by Louise Bourgeois shows soft colour fields shaped by the method named in the title.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The eye moves across a calm ground where one tone shifts into another. The work belongs to the print practice of Louise Bourgeois.

The black frame gives the sheet a firm outline, so the colour transitions stay separate from the room around them. You can hang it on a kitchen wall, and the black line keeps the pale tones quiet while steam rises from the kettle.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
