Tablet #153

Tablet #153 by Ellsworth Kelly fills the sheet with one hard edged form sitting on a plain field. The shape reads as a solid block, cut out and set against the background, with no second layer or soft shift. From across the room the form and the ground hold equal weight.

A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel gives this image a ready edge. The back panel holds the sheet flat so the plain ground does not roll or crease. When the ready to hang option is used, the piece arrives assembled.

It fits on a plain hallway wall under even ceiling light, hung at eye level so the hard edge stands out from a short distance.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
