The Garden of Saint-Paul Hospital — Fine Art

A hospital garden runs into the distance with trees and a path. Vincent van Gogh painted this view at Saint-Paul Hospital during a stay there.

The short paint strokes and bold greens and blues build the trees and ground. You can see the marked surface where the paint was laid in layers.
