The Green Wheatfield behind the Asylum — Fine Art

Green stalks rise above a strip of dark earth, then fade into a wide open sky. The Green Wheatfield behind the Asylum keeps the grain brushstrokes close together, so the field reads as a single mass from the hall. Short dashes of yellow and blue run through the grass.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. The frame in white gives the picture a clean edge on the wall, and that edge holds the grain lines in place. A wood frame pairs with the yellow touches in the grass.

In a bedroom, the grain and sky occupy the lower half of the wall near the bed. The ceiling light catches the yellow dashes at the top of the field. From the door you see the whole field, then the sky above it.
