The Lindens of Poissy — Fine Art

Green leaves and pale sky meet along a row of trees in The Lindens of Poissy. Blue and warm grey tones sit side by side in the open. Claude Monet works outdoors so the mark on the canvas stays broad and plain. You see the tree line from a distance first.

The frame finish can follow the room: a light frame on a dark wall, a dark frame on a pale wall, or a wood frame beside wooden furniture. The fine art surface keeps the tree greens steady on a matte print. You see the tree line from a distance first.

A hallway with a narrow landing picture holds this picture. The green leaves read clearly from the stairs. The pale sky stays calm on the upper wall. A lamp at the corner throws a soft edge across the trees.
