This Rain

Thin pencil lines run across a pale sheet of paper. Agnes Martin drew This Rain with slow horizontal strokes. The marks stay even and quiet. A light grey tone sits behind the lines. The paper keeps the lines clear.

The fine art frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A white frame gives the pencil lines a clean edge. The dark wood frame adds a firm border to the soft grey field.

You see this on a wall by a window. From across the room the lines read as a single pale band. Closer up the pencil strokes show their own pressure and spacing.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
