Tikal 1958

Tikal 1958 shows a set of straight geometric bands in black and white arranged on a plain ground. The lines run side by side with even spacing.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. Each mark stays firm and unblended. The print keeps the hard edge look that Anni Albers used in her weaving studies and graphic experiments. The hanger on the back is metal and goes straight onto a nail.

No extra frame is needed for Tikal 1958. The matte paper holds the black bands without a shiny reflection. You can see the flat colour edge from the kitchen doorway when the light comes in low.
