Tiznit — Fine Art

Tiznit sits in the gestural abstract painting practice of Cy Twombly. A soft ground carries a few loose handwritten lines that drift across the sheet. The marks look drawn with pencil or paint. The eye lands on a long stroke that does not stay straight.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The paper is matte, so the light greys stay soft and there is no shine under a lamp. You can choose a light frame on a dark wall, a dark frame on a pale wall, or a wood frame beside wooden furniture. The finish follows the room instead of asking it to change.

It works on a plain bedroom wall, hung at eye level near a bed. From the doorway you see the broad shapes, and from the desk you notice the small pencil breaks.
