Trajans Edge II

Trajans Edge II by Al Held sets hard edged shapes against a plain field. Broad planes meet along straight dividing lines. The layout stays flat and clear, with one colour stepping down against another.

The print is a fine art reproduction on matte paper, so the greyer tones do not pick up shine under a lamp. A frame finish can follow the room, such as a light frame on a dark wall or a wood frame beside wooden furniture.

It hangs on the wall beside a desk, above the chair you see the big shapes first. From across the room the flat blocks read as one simple field.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
