Two Vases of Flowers — Fine Art

Two Vases of Flowers by Paul Cézanne shows a pair of glass vessels holding flower stems. The stems rise with separate coloured shapes and short side by side marks. Leaves and petals sit in cool greens and soft pinks near a plain surface.

This fine art print uses a matte sheet so the separate paint patches stay visible without a sheen. A light frame on a dark wall keeps the cool tones clear, and a dark frame on a pale wall lets the flower shapes stand out. The surface reads the small marks without glare.

It fits a hallway wall above a narrow console. From the foot of the stairs you see the two vessels and the pale stems, and near the picture the small brush marks show the plant forms.
