Two Vases with Chrysanthems — Fine Art

Two Vases with Chrysanthems shows two tall flower containers filled with loose flower heads. Broad strokes of yellow, white and red sit next to green stems. The picture stays bright and slightly unsettled, as if painted in one session.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a white finish. The white edge keeps the yellow blooms from running off the picture surface. A dark wood frame would pull the eye toward the darker leaves instead. The frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall.

It fits a dining room wall above a sideboard. From the table you read the flower shapes first, then the smaller strokes when you stand near the wall. The yellow heads hold the space without crowding the room.
