Untitled — Fine Art

Untitled 1963 shows a soft wash of color spread across the sheet with a few pale lines crossing it.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. Kenzo Okada often worked this way with thin paint and quiet colour fields. The white frame gives the sheet a clean border and sets the image apart on the wall.

The surface stays matte so the pale tones do not reflect a glare. You notice it in a hallway where the light falls beside a door and the small lines catch the eye first.
