Untitled - 1978 by Helen Frankenthaler holds a wide band of thin paint near the lower edge. The upper half stays open. Marks run from one side to the other and leave most of the sheet quiet. No year sits on this print, so the work carries only the title and the artist name.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The frame holds the sheet flat and the back panel covers the rear. When the ready to hang option is used, the piece arrives assembled and faces the room right away.

It fits above the sink in a small kitchen. From the doorway you catch the broad painted band first, and closer to the counter you notice the thin lines that cross the open sheet.
