Untitled

Untitled - Color Field Painting by Mark Rothko shows large painted rectangles set against a plain background. Thick brush marks carry each color band. Blank space sits at the top and bottom, so the weight rests in the center.

The fine art frame in white, wood, dark wood or black gives the color fields a clean border on the wall. The frame finish changes how the edge reads against the painted blocks.

Place it above a desk in a study. The broad color blocks fill the view while the quiet margin keeps the eye from crowding the center.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
