Untitled — Fine Art

Untitled - Color Field Painting by Piero Dorazio spreads several bands of saturated colour across the sheet. The eye enters at the bright red stripe and settles into the soft blue band beside it. Open spaces between the bands let the paper breathe.

The fine art print sits on a white or black frame. The frame finish you choose gives the picture a clean boundary, so the colour bands read against the wall without losing their edge. A black frame pushes the reds forward.

In a dining room, the painted bands stay steady across the wall during dinner. From the doorway you see the full width, and from the table you notice the quiet bands between the bright ones.
