Untitled SF72-1009

Untitled SF72-1009 shows open washes of colour spread across a wide field, with thin lines and small marks around the edges. The paint stays loose, in the way Sam Francis often worked, with broad pools and airy spaces that leave the background visible.

The print on fine art paper keeps the edges soft. The matte surface holds the lighter washes without gloss, so the open areas stay calm under steady room light. The frame choice can follow the room, a dark frame on a pale wall or a wood frame beside a desk.

It sits on a bedroom wall above the bed, where the broad washes read from the doorway and the small marks show when you stand near the dresser.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
