Untitled SFP94-139 SFF 1809

Untitled SFP94-139 SFF 1809 by Sam Francis opens on a pale ground with a few separate colour washes.

The eye goes to a loose paint band in the middle, then to thin marks near the edges. A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel gives the sheet its own clean edge and keeps the paint marks from running into the wall.

Tacked above a hall bench near a stairwell, the open field leaves room for the eye to rest. You notice the soft edge of the wash first, then the small drift of paint at the bottom.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
