Valley Bouna near Bordighera — Fine Art

Valley Bouna near Bordighera opens on a slope of land folding toward the sea, painted in greens and warm earth tones. The leaves and distant trees read as broken patches of colour. At a distance, the hill and sky settle into one view. Step nearer and the short paint strokes come apart into separate marks you can follow.

This print is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel, so the picture sits flat against the wall with no gap. The matte surface keeps the greens and ochres dull and even, without a shine under a lamp.

It works on a bedroom wall above a simple bed, where the wide band of hill and trees stays clear before the wallpaper. In the morning, the pale greens and warm tones sit quietly against the room.
