Vase of Flowers — Fine Art

A vase of flowers sits in the centre of the picture and the stems rise into loose colour. Green leaves and bright petals spread out around the vessel with room left on the sides.

Claude Monet built the shapes with quick brushwork and the eye moves from the vase neck to the top leaves. The fine art print keeps those open areas clear so the colours do not crowd the frame.

A light frame sits on a dark wall and the pale petals read well against it. The matte paper holds the soft greens without shine under a lamp. You can place it on a narrow wall in a reading corner and notice the flower heads from a chair across the room.
