Vase with Flowers and Butterflies — Fine Art

Vase with Flowers and Butterflies shows a vase holding blooms and two winged insects against a soft pale field. Greens and whites stand near the flowers while the butterflies carry warm brown and grey tones. The marks stay loose and the edges stay open. A symbolist flower study keeps the background quiet.

The fine art frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A white frame keeps the pale ground open around the vase and the butterflies. A dark wood frame pulls the eye in toward the flower group and gives the edge a firm line.

Above the kitchen sink with the morning light hitting the glass, you notice the green leaves first and the butterfly wings later. The vase stays near the center while the pale ground fills the rest of the wall.
