White Disks 1 — Fine Art

White Disks 1 shows a row of pale white circles set on a grey ground. The circles sit apart, each one a clean round shape. The look comes from the geometric abstraction style Bridget Riley is known for. The circles create a slow, steady pattern across the picture.

The fine art frame in white lines the picture with a clear edge. The white finish sits flat against the pale marks and keeps the edge simple. The frame gives the print a clean hold on the wall.

It fits a narrow hallway beside a coat hook. From the hall you see the round shapes as a steady band. Up close the grey ground shows a soft flat tone.
