Wind From the Sea 1947 — Fine Art

Wind From the Sea 1947 shows a plain white curtain hanging across a tall window. Thin dry brush lines sit on the cloth, catching a small mood of air moving inside a quiet room. The airy view is by Andrew Wyeth and it reads as a still interior scene.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang. A metal hanger is fitted to the back, so you lift it onto a nail or screw and it stays level on the wall without a separate frame.

It fits on a bedroom wall above the bed. From the doorway you notice the white cloth and the thin lines first, then the soft light from the lamp across the cloth.
