Witchetty Grub Dreaming

Witchetty Grub Dreaming - 1983 by Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri shows a country story built from painted lines and dot fields on a flat surface.

The marks follow a path through the sheet, with darker tones gathered near the centre. A fine art print keeps the surface matte so the earth pigments read without shine.

The metal hanger on the back goes straight onto a nail or screw, so the picture sits level on the wall. It fits a kitchen wall above the counter, where the long painted path draws the eye along the room.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
