Composition I — Fine Art

Composition I sets broad painted passages against a flat ground. Luis Feito works with quick strokes and thin washes that leave the paper showing through. The paint sits in uneven layers and the brush moves at different speeds across the sheet.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. You can see where the brush pressed harder and where it lifted off. A white frame gives the image a clean edge on the wall. The pale wood keeps the softer tones from disappearing into the background and lets the painted sections stand on their own.

The frame finish sits calmly against the painted shapes and does not pull attention from them. It fits a study wall near the desk. From the chair you notice the brush marks first and then the quiet ground behind them.
