Eskimo Map - 1976 by Gene Davis puts a row of painted colour bands across the sheet. The strokes run in one direction with even pressure. Colours step through hue from one band to the next. The marks stay flat and even.

The fine art frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A black frame gives this picture a sharp edge that holds each band in place. The frame finish sits flush against the painted surface.
