Irregular Grid — Fine Art

The title Irregular Grid points to a field of lines that do not line up. Sol LeWitt worked with pencil and ink, often using repeated marks and open space. The drawing keeps the grid idea but breaks the rhythm. Some passages sit close together, others leave room.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. A metal hanger is fitted to the back, so the sheet goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need a separate frame. The finish shows the paper grain and the pencil weight, which helps the thin lines read without glare.

On a kitchen wall near the sink, the lines sit above the counter. From the breakfast table you see the uneven spacing first, then the small shifts in the stroke pressure as you pass by.
