About this work

Parade

Parade - 1974 by Albert Irvin holds loose brush marks and bright colour sweeps that sit on top of the surface. The image reads as a street scene approached through paint rather than a clear picture.

This fine art print comes with a frame in white, wood, dark wood or black. The frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall against those open colour areas.

On a bedroom wall the big sweeps read from the doorway and the small marks show when you stand near the bed.
