unknow ntitle — Fine Art

unknow ntitle - Lyrical Abstraction by Menez shows loose swirls and soft lines in muted tones. The brushwork follows the flow of the title, with curved strokes that cross and overlap. You see the movement in each sweep, not in a fixed subject.

The fine art print sits on a wall at shoulder height, where the light comes from one side. A light frame on a dark wall keeps the lines clear, and a dark frame on a pale wall keeps the background calm. The matte paper holds the greys without a shine under a lamp.

It works in a reading corner above a low bookshelf. From the chair you catch the broad sweeps first, then the thin marks between them. The room stays quiet and the picture stays simple.
