Victor Pasmore was a British artist who made one of the most dramatic transitions in 20th-century British art, moving from warm, naturalistic depictions of the Thames to rigorously pure geometric abstraction and constructed relief. His reliefs and abstract paintings are among the most refined achievements of British Constructivism.
