If the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal, you can use this form within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.

After you confirm, we email you a receipt with what you sent and the date and time you sent it. You can also email support@zephyeer.com instead.

Sending it back. Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning it. Unless the law of your country says otherwise, it stays your responsibility until it reaches us.

Your refund. We refund the price you paid, including any delivery charge, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the piece is back, or until you send proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier.
