Zephyeer — Packaging
Every Zephyeer piece ships in packaging made for its shape and size. Here is exactly how your canvas print, framed poster or poster is protected on its way to you, step by step.

01 — Canvas prints
Your canvas is stretched over a solid wooden inner frame (a gallery wrap, so the image continues around the edges) and the hook is already mounted. All you do is unbox it and hang it.

01
The print is stretched tight around a wooden inner frame, so it stays flat and the image wraps around the edges.

02
A hanging hook is fixed to the top bar on the back. No tools, no assembly.

03
Protectors cover the corners and edges, the spots most likely to take a knock in transit.

04
The canvas is wrapped to shield the surface from scuffs and pressure.

05
Everything goes into a snug cardboard box so the canvas can't shift on the way.
02 — Framed posters
Your poster is mounted in its frame before it ships, so it arrives ready for the wall. Unbox it, remove the protection and hang it.

01
Your poster is mounted in the frame behind protective glazing before it ships. Hanging kit included.

02
Strong protectors cover all four corners of the frame, where knocks happen most.

03
The framed piece is wrapped to shield the frame and glazing from scuffs and pressure.

04
I-beams along the sides add sturdiness, especially for orders with more than one frame.

05
Everything is sealed in a box with reinforced edges. Up to 3 frames per package.

Yes. Every framed poster ships ready to hang: the poster is mounted in the frame behind protective glazing, and a hanging kit is included. Just unbox it, remove the protection and hang it.
Every framed poster comes with a hanging kit. Hang it on a nail or screw that suits your wall. For larger sizes such as 70 × 100 cm, use two fixings or a wall anchor rated for the weight.
Rolled. Our posters (30 × 45 cm and 60 × 90 cm) are gently rolled, never folded, and shipped in a sturdy tube with end caps. The type of tube depends on the country it ships to.
Posters shipped to Denmark, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria travel in a mailing tube. Posters shipped to the United States, Canada and Brazil travel in a triangular or rectangular tube. Everywhere else, they ship in a standard cardboard tube.
With clean, dry hands, unroll the poster on a clean flat surface and gently roll it the opposite way for a minute. Then lay it flat, cover it with a sheet of clean paper and place a few heavy books on the corners and edges for 24 to 48 hours. Never iron a poster or fold it.
Up to three frames are packed in one package. Larger orders are split into several packages, which can arrive on different days and may have separate tracking links.
We print each order at the production partner closest to you, so it travels a shorter distance. Packaging materials can vary slightly between countries and print sizes, but every package follows the same protection standard described on this page.
Most of it is cardboard and paper, including the boxes, corner protectors, I-beams, tubes and kraft paper, and can go in your paper recycling. Bubble wrap and protective film are soft plastics; recycle them where your local scheme accepts them, or reuse them.
We're sorry. Please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the damaged item and the box, including any dents or tears. Then contact us with your order number and the photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
