Lepanto, Part XII

Lepanto Part XII by Cy Twombly shows a pale ground with loose hand drawn lines that gather toward the lower half of the picture. The lines run in grey and black, so the lower marks sit heavier against the lighter paper.

This prints as a fine art piece set in a frame with a back panel. The matte finish keeps the grey lines soft, so the pencil look stays even under a lamp.
