Blue Morning Glories by Georgia OKeeffe — Fine Art

Blue Morning Glories by Georgia OKeeffe shows a close study of flower forms. The petals open toward the centre with curved lines and soft tone shifts. The surface holds small changes in pressure where the brush moved slower and faster across the paper. A quiet study in plant shapes.

This fine art print uses matte paper so the blue and green tones stay flat under a lamp. The frame finish can follow the room with a light frame on a dark wall or a wood frame beside wooden furniture.

It sits on a pale bedroom wall at shoulder height above a narrow bed. From across the room you see the rounded petals and the slow turn of the line. Up close you notice where the paint thins at the petal edge.
