Connection — Fine Art

Miriam Schapiro built Connection - 1978 with paper scraps and painted shapes that sit together like a patchwork. The work uses collage and soft colour blocks, a method she kept returning to across her career. Forms are arranged in a loose grid rather than a single scene.
