I Plead Insanity Because I M Just Crazy About That Girl 1976

A painted phrase runs across the picture on a plain field. The title I Plead Insanity Because I M Just Crazy About That Girl 1976 names the work directly.

Edward Ruscha keeps the letters clear against an even tone. The surface stays quiet because the band holds one weight from edge to edge.

The fine art print sits on a wall with the light frame on a dark wall, so the pale letters stay readable under a lamp. A person notices the phrase first at the far end of a kitchen hall, then reads the words as they pass.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
