A thick white field holds a sharp black line down the middle. Jay DeFeo built this image with heavy paint and careful marks. The Annunciation shows that slow method of building a surface layer by layer.

The matte fine art print keeps the paint marks soft instead of shiny. A light frame on a dark wall lets the white centre stand out without glare.

On a narrow hallway wall near the stairs it reads as a simple vertical mark. From the landing you see the black line first, then the white field behind it.

The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
