Still Life with Aubergines 1911 — Fine Art

Still Life with Aubergines 1911 puts dark aubergine clusters against soft light areas. The aubergines carry a deep purple tone that sits next to pale cream and muted green. The surface shows quick brush strokes that leave uneven edges around each fruit.

The fine art print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fitted to the back. You put it straight onto a nail or screw. The matte paper keeps the purple tones even and removes any shine when a lamp sits nearby.

It fits above a kitchen counter where you stand at arm length. From there the dark fruit reads first and the pale background stays quiet. You notice the rough painted edges on the fruit as you move closer.
