Above Deep Waters — Fine Art

Above Deep Waters shows broad colour areas meeting sharp pushes of paint. A cool blue field sits near a brighter warm passage, and the marks feel built up on the surface. The picture reads as a field of shifting colour rather than a clear scene.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. You can step back and see the big colour blocks pull apart, then come nearer and watch the paint edges turn rough.

It works above a desk in a study, where the desk lamp throws a warm pool across the centre. From the chair you notice the cool blue holding its own against the warm marks, and the paint texture answering the light.
